Initial meeting to get to know each other and go over what you have envisioned for your special day
Logistics meeting at the venue to go over all decoration related details and go over any questions you may have
Review of all the contracts and invoices for the decoration related suppliers
Follow-up with decoration related suppliers 1 week before the wedding to reconfirm the timeline and last-minute details
Styling and setting up of the decoration details on the day of the wedding (2 hour event set-up & 2 hour event tear down, or as discussed)
